Shipping policy

  • We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 1 working day.
  • Working days for the purposes of order dispatch are Monday to Friday inclusive.
  • We offer 2 delivery services - Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Royal Mail Tracked 48
  • The aim of the RM 24 service is next working day after the day of collection/dispatch & the RM 48 aim is 2 working days.
  • Please note that these are delivery aims and not guarantees.
  • We also offer free collection from our shop in the Five Valleys Shopping Centre, Stroud. GL5 1RR
